Treesie Richins is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience in the field, specializing in managing Workers' Compensation Programs. Throughout her career, Treesie has demonstrated exceptional expertise in navigating the complexities of workers' compensation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing effective risk management strategies.

Treesie Richins is a dedicated professional with a passion for ensuring employee well-being and organizational success. As the Workers Compensation Assistant Manager at Discount Tire, Treesie plays a key role in managing and optimizing the company's workers' compensation program.

With a focus on employee engagement and risk management, Treesie collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure employees encounter an inviting, easy, and safe experience when injured.

Treesie brings a wealth of experience to her role, with a background in workers' compensation and risk management. Her attention to detail, analytical skills, and commitment to excellence have made her an asset to the Discount Tire team. Treesie holds a CWCP from Michigan State University’s School of Human Resources & Labor Relations; and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing professional development.

Whether discussing best practices in workers' compensation management or sharing strategies for creating an employee centric program, Treesie's engaging style and practical approach resonate with her peers.  Heather Allen

Heather Allen is a Client Services Manager, managing accounts in Arizona and California. Ms. Allen brings more than seven years of industry experience in workers’ compensation, from leading claims administration colleagues to program management. Her industry experience includes workers compensation, auto and liability programs, working on a variety of self-insured, insured and permissibly un-insured accounts, ranging from judiciary program, pools, school districts, public utilities, overseeing examiner work for a captive group, managing a national chain of veterinary clinics and mining.

Ms. Allen began her career with Sedgwick in 2016, graduating Head of Class in Sedgwick’s Industry Advancement Program. She quickly became a senior examiner managing Arizona claims and was promoted to Team Lead. During her time in claims operations, Ms. Allen was awarded the Most Valuable Player award, a coveted Sedgwick award for going above and beyond, and recognized as a top performer in the nation.

Ms. Allen joined client services in 2020. In her current role, she works across Sedgwick’s customer base ensuring best in class results are achieved. This work includes implementing new programs, measuring effectiveness of programs, assisting clients with Sedgwick software, addressing issues as they arise and seeing them through to conclusion, coordinating file reviews, and day to day operations of multiple accounts.
