About our Speakers:

Mackenzie Knobbe, RN, BSN is a Registered Nurse and the Head of the Workers' Compensation Program at Salt River Project. She earned her nursing degree from Arizona State University and brings a strong background in medical surgical nursing to her current role. Since joining Salt River Project just over two years ago, Mackenzie has been instrumental in advancing employee health and safety initiatives, with a focus on injury prevention and effective case management.

Bridget Dickinson, RN, BSN, has been a dedicated nurse for 29 years, bringing a wealth of experience and compassion to her role. For the past 3.5 years, she has been an integral part of the team at SRP, where she supports the worker's compensation program. Bridget's extensive background in nursing and her commitment to employee well-being make her a valuable asset to the organization.

Stephanie Garcia, RN – Manager, Salt River Project Health Services, brings 16 years of nursing experience to her role as Manager of the Occupational Health Clinic at Salt River Project. With a strong foundation in pediatric nursing, she discovered her passion for occupational health after joining SRP in 2018. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she played a pivotal role in reevaluating and enhancing the Workers Compensation program. Stephanie is deeply committed to promoting workplace health and safety and continues to be a driving force in employee well-being at SRP.
