About our speaker:

MEGHANN FAWCETT
Meghann joined Ritsema Law in 2023. Previously, Meghann was a senior associate attorney on the claimant’s side of workers’ compensation law. She brings with her several years of experience handling complex litigation matters before the Industrial Commission of Arizona, as well as the Arizona Court of Appeals. 

She was born and raised in Canada, where she graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a minor in Crime, Law, and Justice, and then relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, where she earned her Juris Doctorate Degree in Law.

Meghann was selected as Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2023/2024 and is recognized as a top rated workers’ compensation attorney in Phoenix, Arizona. Her current practice is focused on defending workers’ compensation insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators before the Industrial Commission of Arizona. She is dedicated to providing exceptional client care and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
