About our Speakers:

Mark Wareing is a Structured Settlement Consultant with Ringler Associates, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He specializes in structured settlements for injured claimants, with a focus on complex, multi-party matters requiring court approval.

Mark works closely with defense counsel, claims professionals, self-insured entities, insurers, and guardians to design compliant, cost-effective settlement solutions. Over his four years with Ringler, he has handled a wide range of matters, including workers’ compensation claims, Medicare Set-Asides, Medical Cost Projections, minors’ settlements, medical malpractice cases, and transfers of benefits—often involving multiple carriers and sophisticated funding structures.

He is frequently brought into cases early in the settlement process to help evaluate options and streamline resolution. Mark is known for his practical, detail-driven approach and his ability to communicate clearly across all parties involved in the settlement process.

Eileen Wareing is a Settlement Annuity Specialist with Ringler Associates, based in the Phoenix office. She has specialized exclusively in structured settlements since joining Ringler in 1990, bringing more than three decades of experience to complex personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.

Eileen regularly attends settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and disposition hearings aimed at resolving cases efficiently and effectively. Her responsibilities include designing and presenting customized settlement annuity plans, preparing quotes, reviewing files, handling releases and applications, and interfacing with clients, attorneys, and the court throughout the settlement process.

She also analyzes life care plans and vocational rehabilitation reports to assist in projecting future loss of earnings and lifetime medical needs, and she manages all aspects of finalizing settlement documentation. Eileen designs a unique structured settlement for each injured party and assists clients with litigation-related matters, tax planning considerations, workers’ compensation settlements, and special needs trust planning.

In addition, Eileen is an active participant in industry seminars focused on the use and benefits of structured settlements, including the delivery of tax-free, guaranteed income—often for life—to injured parties. She is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) and the Arizona Insurance Claims Association.
