Dawn Dietz is the Assistant Vice President to the Settlement Consulting Team. She has over 10 years of experience in Medicare Secondary Payer compliance and 25 years of claims and risk management experience.

As a seasoned account manager with 29 years of experience in workers’ compensation, Melissa has held positions in medical management, provider relations, bill review, claims adjusting, and for more than 12 years, in Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance. She works closely with IMPAXX customers to add experience in claims oversight and direction while providing training to insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and third-party administrators.

Melissa holds several designations from Insurance Education Associates (IEA) including CCMP, WCCP and CPDM.
